what a doctor told me after his divorce
His psychiatrist suggested that rather than dwelling on the pain he list all thegood things going on in his life, even if very basic. For example he stated he could enjoy a sunset or talk to a friend or help somebody etc. he repeated the list twice a day and received considerable benefit. I have found meditation a valuable solace and strength and I often have to reframe my original thoughts to bring in one closer to what my soul would say. It is like meditation brings me close to that place of soul reverie that is there despite the surface waves of change on the outside posted by Owen Schwartz MD at 9:11 PM 0 comments February 03, 2007
There is a powerful and beautiful synchronicity using more than one method of healing at the same time. Acupuncture can rebalance our enery and release pain, inflammation and energy disturbances. Acupuncture can induce deep peace and relaxation. Focussing on affirmations and directing the chi(energy) with breath can greatly enhance the effect. By re-setting the body to a calm response we can induce a shift that may be long lasting in terms of handling emotional stress. Affirmations combined with movement of enery and breath create a powerful synthesis for healing and transformation!!!

By analyzing and releasing these patterns through activation of our eternally joyful soul rapid and profound healing does occur. Why not get at these complexes to reduce suufering and develop more inner joy and peace? posted by Owen Schwartz MD at 11:20 AM 0 comments
