checking in to your body/mind
Prevention is knowing what your body is doing and then adjusting it. How could you accomplish that?
Firstly check into your breathing. Is it even or irregular, smoothe and slow is the best unless you are exercising. Secondly sense your energy field that surrounds and interpenetrates your body. Is it calm or ruffled? Is it alive and charged or weak? How about your state of mind? Were you influenced by someone's mood? Are you joyful? Finally are you supple or stiff in various parts of your body and can you brerathe and srtech them out? A calm mind and supple body that is charged is what is the ideal and worth trying for with exercisses and awareness!

I know that feeling at work believe it or not, I laugh joke, and have a lot of fun, (feel great)
when I come home (my son and I are fighting) I feel down and just want to sleep, should this not be the opposite,
